Islands Speaking: Aslı Çavuşoğlu

This week’s first session of “Islands Speaking” reading series, realised within the scope of Galata Greek School’s “Open School Project” in the framework of the 14th Istanbul Biennial , will be conducted by Aslı Çavuşoğlu on 28th October Wednesday, between 16.00-17.00.

In the reading session a collective reading will take place from William Gass’s ”On Being Blue” . We will go on a voyage between different shades of blue such as moon blue, ice blue, blue winking in the fire, blueness in the skin due to cold weather, blue due to fear and anxiety, bleach blue to the blue depts of the ocean.

Readings will be in English.
